Laredo, Texas- In a formal swearing-in ceremony, Mr. Randy Howe was instated as the New Director of Customs and Border Protection, Laredo Field Office by Deputy Executive Assistant Commissioner John Wagner from the CBP Headquarters in Washington, D.C.
The CBP Laredo Field Office publicly announced Mr. Randy Howe as DFO in late January 2020. Randy J. Howe is a member of the Senior Executive Service who previously served as the Executive Director of Operations at U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Headquarters and as Director of Field Operations for the Buffalo Field Office from 2014-2015.
Olivia Varela, President and CEO of the Laredo Economic Development Corporation attended the ceremony.
