On November 18-19, 2024, CRS Legal facilitated an industrial tour in Laredo, Texas, welcoming a sizable delegation of business leaders from Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia. The two-day event highlighted Laredo’s vibrant industrial capabilities and underscored the city’s strategic importance as a hub for international trade and commerce.

The tour commenced with a welcoming breakfast at the historic La Posada Hotel, where Laredo’s Mayor, Dr. Victor E. Treviño, personally greeted the delegation.

The delegation’s itinerary included a comprehensive visit to Medline Industries, LP, a major player in healthcare supply chain solutions, where they explored the company’s operations and logistical excellence. Later, they toured the World Trade Bridge, a critical infrastructure point for U.S.-Mexico trade, providing the delegation a firsthand look at Laredo’s role as a global trade leader.

The tour reinforced Laredo’s reputation as a dynamic trade city and laid the groundwork for potential partnerships and investments that could drive economic opportunities across the Americas.
