Groundbreaking Ceremony for the new Border Patrol Union Building

April 21, 2021- The NBPC Local 2455 – Laredo National Border Patrol Council celebrated the groundbreaking of their new Border Patrol Union Hall.
National Border Patrol Council members Enrique Rico Jr., Oscar Vela Jr., Hector Garza, Mayor Pete Saenz, United States Border Patrol Chief Patrol Agent Matthew Hudak, National Border Patrol Council members Sergio Moreno, Jesus Navarro and Uriel Lopez break ground for the Border Patrol Union Hall on Sinatra Parkway, during a ceremony at the future site of the union hall.
