Laredo EDC 2021 Economic Development Industry Award Honorees

June 9– The Laredo Economic Development Corporation (Laredo EDC) announced the honorees who will be recognized at this year’s Economic Development Industry (EDI) Awards which will be held in conjunction with the Boots ‘n Bling Gala on Friday, November 5, 2021 at The Barn Event Center in Laredo. The EDI Awards, created by the Laredo EDC, recognize individuals and industries whose achievements have made a significant contribution and lasting impact towards the growth and betterment of our community.
The 2021 EDI honorees include the Cigarroa Family of medical practitioners, for their exemplary medical service to the Laredo and the South Texas region, Librado Pina Inc. for their success in the custom brokerage and cold chain industry and the Kraus Family and the Pinnacle Partnership, as Laredo EDC Project of the Year for their vision in developing the Industrial Center.
