The Laredo Economic Development Corporation and MileOne set up the Mask Makes Initiative #We’ve got you Covered!
This project required volunteers to sew or cut fabric from home to help in the production of masks needed for everyone in our community.  
This is a grassroots voluntary operation that will provide masks to workers deemed essential and at highest risk of COVID-19 infection. 
Instruction, patterns, and materials to produce as many quality masks as possible were provided to the volunteers. Cash donations are appreciated and since all labor is voluntary, any donations go towards the cost of materials.
ETT provided the Laredo EDC a $2,000 grant for start up materials.
