Laredo, TX-The Texas House Transportation Committee and the Texas House International Relations and Economic Development Committee held a joint hearing on Friday, February 21, 2020, at the Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) Student Center.
The committee heard testimony from trade and international relations experts from Laredo and across the region.
