Women Entrepreneurs Rock’s Series – Part 2: “Rethinking Customer Service”

August 21, 2019- The MileOne International Business Assistance Center hosted their Part 2 of the Women Entrepreneur Rocks!

In Part 2 of WER titled, Rethinking Customer Service Claudia Baltazar, owner/operator of Chick-fil-A Mall del Norte shared how the indispensable role that customer service plays in CFA operations and how those lessons can help you grow your customer relations. The event was moderated by Priscilla Martinez, Outreach Coordinator for TAMIU’s Office of Student Conduct and Community Engagement and a member of the Laredo Bloggers Society.
