The Laredo Economic Development Corporation is pleased to announce the 32nd annual Pathways for Trade, North American Logistics, and Manufacturing Symposium to be held on August 27-28, 2025 at the Laredo Country Club.
This year’s theme will be aptly titled “ The New Era of Trade: Perspectives and Challenges”
The Laredo EDC created the Economic Development Industry (EDI) Award to recognize industries that contribute to the economic well-being of the Laredo and Webb County region.
The EDI recognition complements the mission of the Laredo EDC to promote and foster the economic and industrial development of the Laredo region.
Economic Development Week was created by the International Economic Development Council in 2016 to increase awareness of local programs that create jobs, advance career development opportunities, and improve the quality of life in communities everywhere.
Every year, the Laredo EDC hosts an array of events to celebrate National Economic Development Week in Laredo Texas. This year the Economic Development Week will be celebrated on May 12-16, 2025.
